Last October I spent three weeks in Thailand and the trip to Southeast Asia opened my brain up and thrilled me to the soul as never before!
I kept a blog on Myspace but have since created Worldrompr, my travel blog, and I am going to be reposting my pieces there, adding photos and doing a bit of editing as well- after all, when I was writing them to you originally, I was probably covered in sweat with a Chang or two in me, racing the clock at the internet cafe.

Hey folks, so yeah- apparently one blog isn’t enough for me. This site will be for all my travel writing which right now has no outlet; for a while I was writing the national blog for The Adventure Travel Company but many of my posts have been deleted and the rest are buried deep in the page history. I know a lot of my friends like to read about my adventures, so I will be posting pieces I have written about five continents, travel advice, blogs written while I was traveling, poems, pictures, and God only knows what else.
EGYPT
Traveling, writing, and dancing are what I do. I have worked as travel agent for both luxury and student/budget agencies, for hotels, tour operators, as a guide and interpreter in France; I have taught seminars at the North Seattle Community College, given talks at local book stores, lectured at the Seattle Travel Show, and currently give private consultations on trips to New Zealand and Europe (with a specialty in France and of course, Paris).
FIJI
I have been to almost all of the United States including Alaska and the U.S. Virgin Islands, several Canadian provinces, Mexico, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, the Bahamas, Fiji, French Polynesia, Thailand, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, and France.

I have lived in Austin, Maine, Paris (twice), New Zealand, Seattle, and my new, beautiful, wonderful, sparkling, spicy, center-of-the-universe home of Los Angeles.
NEW ZEALAND
I hope you enjoy my writing, and moreover, I hope that my words inspire you to travel, to seize your dreams, to get out there and experience the places you have always dreamed of. Travel is cheaper than you think, and being able to go worldwide is just a matter of priorities, of eating beans and peanut butter for a few months so you can go to Egypt for a few weeks. A fair trade in my mind!
